Ahead of the fight on Saturday HF had his public workout today. In front of many spectators, HF trained with his trainer Pedro Diaz. HF showed that he is well prepared after the 12 weeks of training camp and he can't wait to step in the ring with Eric Molina on Saturday. Next on the schedule is the press conference tomorrow.
